During the initial consultation, Natalie will take a comprehensive full health history including medical history, family history, a review of body systems, lifestyle and environmental factors, as well as a detailed dietary assessment to understand the reasoning behind your symptoms or presenting health condition. During the initial consultation, Natalie may refer you for further testing including pathological or functional testing. After the initial consult, a detailed, personalised treatment plan will be sent out discussing any recommended dietary and lifestyle modifications, as well as a prescription for particular nutraceuticals (nutritional supplementations) as needed.
Follow up consultations are used to monitor and assess the progress from the initial treatment plan and make specific modifications as needed. Follow-up consultations are also used to discuss results from referred pathology or function testing, address other aspects of your presenting health condition, and provide ongoing support, accountability and education to improve your long term health. Natalie will recommend the frequency of follow up consultations based on your current health condition and treatment progress.
